How Admission Works

Admissions

Quick & Confidential

Our admissions process is streamlined and stress-free. You can contact us by phone, through email or by using the contact form on this site. Your call and the information you give us are completely confidential. When we talk for the first time, the conversation may involve discussing your situation, collecting relevant background information, and answering any program questions you have. We can also verify your insurance benefits. We are in-network with most major insurance providers. Many clients choose to visit our facilities and take a guided tour before applying for admission, and we welcome the opportunity to show you in person the work that we do here.

For Professionals

Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our admissions hotline at (888) 218-9797.

Our Admissions Process

We’ll schedule a telephone admissions interview at a time that’s convenient for you. The call typically lasts about 20 minutes, and you can ask questions about our program, facilities, payment options, and travel logistics. After this intake interview is completed, we’ll send you an admissions packet by fax, email, or mail.

Within two weeks of acceptance into our program, you’ll meet with your primary care physician to obtain medical clearance for program participation. We’ll ask you to sign HIPAA-compliant releases allowing us to discuss your history with your physician and order lab work. Our program director and admissions staff will be in touch with you throughout this prep period.

After your initial intake interview is completed and we’ve received medical clearance from your physician and the results of your lab work, we’ll schedule your program start date. Once you’re here, some of the first things that we take care of are a consultation with our psychiatrist, a thorough assessment, evaluation of your history, collaborative treatment planning, and designing a meal plan that meets the needs of your body and your mind.

Payment Options

We accept self-pay as well as insurance. Self-pay options include sliding scale and we also offer payment plans through our finance company. We are contracted with most insurance companies. Deductible and maximum out of pocket are collected upon acceptance to the program. We will file the claims with your insurance company for your treatment. If we are not contracted with your insurance company, we will work with them to obtain a single case agreement. In the case of a single case agreement, your deductible and maximum out of pocket will be collected and we will then file the claims as we would with contracted insurances.

What your tuition covers: The monthly cost of the program includes room and board, meals, activities, therapy, and all outings.

Other Expenses: The monthly cost of Tapestry’s residential program does not include doctor’s fees, nor does it cover the cost of medications. These items may be claimed on the resident’s insurance, if applicable.
